Bridging Your Prayers PDF Print E-mail

“Desperation. That’s what motivated our weekly prayer time for our TEN3 staff,” shares George Cail, chief operations officer. “We are very aware of how dependent we are on God and the prayers of His people. Therefore, we welcome the inaugural TEN3 Moment."

The leadership of TEN3 is also very aware of the commitment many advocates and volunteers have to pray for the ministry. TEN3 Moment, a brief newsletter sent every other week, will help uphold this commitment by offering current prayer needs while also staying connected to the prayers of TEN3 staff. Thanks to modern technology (and Skype), as many as ten staff members of TEN3 from at least nine states in the U.S. come together every Wednesday morning to encourage and pray for one another and each others’ ministry. “My favorite part,” one staff member shares, “is when the time is kicked off with a scripture reading. I think it helps us focus and you can really sense the prayer time is Spirit led.”

Advocates, donors, and volunteers of TEN3 now have the opportunity to also be a part of this important prayer time, and the brief electronic newsletter called TEN3 Moment is the bridge. “In order to present fresh, relevant, heart-felt prayer requests for TEN3 Moment,” George shares with staff, “requests will be gleaned from our weekly prayer time together. As we pray for those current needs, the larger TEN3 praying community will also be praying for those same needs.”

For staff and volunteers to know the larger TEN3 praying community is interceding on their behalf on a regular basis is incredibly encouraging. Our hope is that TEN3 Moment is as encouraging to those who subscribe. Subscribe today!
